Tamiki Wakaki known for his top-rated manga series, The World God Only Knows, has created another masterpiece.

Even though a few of his previous mangas failed miserably due to their incredibly disappointing endings, this one seems to be a real gem.

Especially after Takuya and Rika just confessed their true love for each other, the manga has just reached a whole new level when it comes to surprises.

A few days back, on August 23, Tamiki’s latest manga, Are You Really Getting Married?: 365 Days To The Wedding’s, completed its first season.

The second season will begin in the Weekly Big Comic Spirits Issue 41-42/2021, which is out on the 13 of September.

The latest issue or the fifty-first chapter of the manga will be picking up right where we left off, with the happily engaged couple rushing to their workplace to spread the good news.

It’s so refreshing to see such a down-to-earth manga, and even if it doesn’t have Tamiki’s classic fantasy element, I would probably say that I prefer this over TGOK.

That being said, I’m anxious about how the couple plans to move forward from now, especially with that mystery colleague, the one who knows about their fake “marriage”, keeping a close eye on them.

About Are You Really Getting Married?: 365 Days To The Wedding

Are You Really Getting Married?: 365 Days To The Wedding is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Tamaki Wakaki.

Takuya and Rika, who work in the planning department of JTC, a travel agency, aren’t very good at socializing and talking to others. However, they’ve still been able to manage and live a good life on their own.

In a surprising twist of events, a new branch of their company opens up in Siberia, and all singles will be dispatched overseas. Takuya and Rika must fake a marriage with each other inorder to avoid being shipped off to a different country.

Will anybody believe them? Can they succeed? Will they really get married?
