‘Migi and Dali’ Showcase Twin Trouble in Latest Trailer and Visual
Some thrillers explicitly display crime, gore, and murder, while others creep you out from the core of your heart without any of these. I much prefer the second type of psychological series, and ‘Migi and ‘Dali’ is one such manga.
It starts with a childless rich couple adopting a beautiful teen boy, aiming to have the perfect son. The boy is promised an abundant life, but soon it turns out that he has a secret to hide.
‘Migi and Dali’ has been greenlit for an anime adaptation. A release date hasn’t been announced yet, but studio Frontier Engine has revealed a new trailer.
The teaser shows Migi and Dali’s mother, who, according to them, was murdered. The ultimate goal of these twins is to find her killer while disguising themselves as a single person.
Even after the twins found a welcoming new home, they continued to fake the existence of one of them. They try to get their hands on the old couple’s secrets at every chance they get.
The story is so beautifully constructed that at multiple times you will be led to believe that the twins are just playing childish games.
Tale of the Mysterious Twins ‘Migi and Dali’ to Debut as an Anime
Frontier Engine has also revealed the cast members behind these two mysterious characters:
Character | Cast | Other Works |
Migi | Shun Horie | Kazuya Kinoshita (Rent A Girlfriend) |
Dali | Ayumu Murase | Shōyō Hinata (Haikyu!!) |
The latest visual for the series shows Migi and Dali as kids standing at the cliff where their mother’s grave stands.
Migi and Dali is a curious tale of two creepy kids who want to merge their identities so they can commit a crime. Some of their childish attributes do come into play, but their psychopathic tendencies still triumph over them all. In the upcoming anime, you will get to know their intentions with their adopted parents.
