Realme Treats Otakus with its Latest GT Neo3 Naruto Edition Phone
Long gone are the days when you would have to pay extra just to personalize your phone to stand out as anime geeks. Why? Because Realme is taking the load off you with its brand new Naruto edition GT Neo3 phone.
Paying homage to the legendary anime, Realme has come up with the perfect idea to keep otakus glued to their screens.
The latest Realme x Naruto collaboration has led to the creation of the ultimate limited edition Naruto-themed phone. It has been available for online and offline ordering in China since May 31 and is priced at CNY 3,099 ($464.65)
Realme has paid attention to even the finest details to help this project come to life, and I must admit that it has paid off.
Right off the bat, the phone comes wrapped in a Shinobi scroll-inspired box rather than the boring traditional packaging. Made out of faux leather, the scroll gives off a vintage feel, and once you unfold it, out pops the limited edition phone.
The features of the phone are identical to that of the GT Neo3, and only the packaging and appearance give away the collaboration.
Most of the phone’s body is orange in color, while the camera area is metallic and holds Naruto’s headband symbol. A special case comes with the set, which obviously has a Naruto illustration on it.
For me, the best part is the ejector pin which looks like the Konoha symbol. It also contains a 150W charging brick and cable, packed with a Naruto-themed 10,000mAh power bank that has 33W fast charging.
The surprises don’t end here, as the phone also comes with some selected Naruto wallpapers, icons, sounds, and even a charging animation. (Looking forward to “Dattebayo” as a notification sound and “Aoi Sora” as a ringtone.)
