A debut date for the highly awaited return of the Bleach anime has been confirmed, according to Weekly Shonen Jump News – Unofficial. Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War, the new season of the anime, will adapt chapters of Tite Kubo’s manga that were published after the original TV series stopped in 2012.
The series, along with Naruto and One Piece (still continuing) are considered to be Weekly Shonen Jump’s “Big Three” during the early 2000s anime and manga boom. While the Bleach manga has come to an end, the anime is still yet to take over some unfinished business.

Tite Kubo’s New Bleach One-Shot Chapter: A Sequel?
Kubo released a new chapter of the Bleach manga, “No Breaths from Hell,” in 2021. While the chapter was initially thought to be a One-Shot story, it wasn’t quick before we learnt that it was actually the prologue of a new adventure for the Soul Reapers.
It set up a new conflict that Ichigo and the Shinigamis had to resolve. We haven’t learnt more about whether this One-Shot piece can be considered a signal for the manga’s return. Both Shueisha and Kubo have refused to divulge any details.
