Mangaka Atsushi Hints at Fire Force Manga Getting Over in Next Few Chapters
The fiery (quite literally!) manga Fire Force recently entered its final arc, causing an uproar in the fandom as people went crazy with the speculations.
Amid the chaos and excitement, we all failed to realize that this would be the story’s FINAL arc.
Yes, the dread did set in eventually, but the thrill made us all anticipate it eagerly.
The Great Cataclysm arc refers to White Clad’s long-awaited desire and their ultimate goal to repeat the catastrophe that resulted in such a state of the world 150 years ago.
The arc starts slow and builds up to the final fight and mayhem all across Tokyo.
Even though it began steady, the mangaka’s recent comments made us realize how far we’ve come in the story and that it’s going to end sooner than we thought.
During his recent live stream, Fire Force’s author Atsushi Ohkubo revealed that the manga would conclude over the following few chapters and in about two volumes, i.e., volume 34. He also mentioned how there are only two more chapters left for him to illustrate.
In the recent chapters, White Clad have already made their move as sudden Infernal outbreaks begin to take place all across Tokyo. All Eight Pillars have been gathered and are inside the Adolla, listening to the nearing end of the world.
In the outside world, citizens are horrified as they begin to realize it’s the doomsday as described in their church teachings, while Fire Force members try to remain calm and find a solution.
But with Shinro in the Adolla, do you think the members of the 8th and their allies will be able to prevent mass destruction?
Since it’s just the beginning of the final arc, no apparent progress has been made by the Force, and all that’s happening is the city’s wreckage.
I am sure that our heroes will find a way but what’s concerning is the sacrifices they’ll have to make for it.
Fire Force Enters Final Arc As Shinra Enters Adolla to End it All
Atsushi also mentioned that Fire Force would be his final manga, so I’m sure he will make it memorable. As worried as I am about the fate of our heroes, I am also excited about what all can happen in the coming chapters.
The end is near, but the protagonists’ efforts seem to have little to no impact on the dreadful situation, so what exactly is Atsushi planning to do with the conclusion?
