My Hero Academia Ch 336 Reveals AFO’s Actual Mole in U.A. Class 1-A
It turns out, the shiny boy was All For One’s dark secret. Chapter 336 of My Hero Academia reveals the actual traitor of U.A., and it was never Hagakure.
I bet Horikoshi-sensei is laughing till he falls off his chair after trolling the whole fandom.
I have to admit, using Invisible Girl as a red herring really worked wonders in the last chapter. Yet, I feel a bit more at ease now that the blame has been lifted from her.
Chapter 336 shows Hagakure discovering that Yuga Aoyama is the actual mole in U.A.
Yuga was seen talking to his parents, who desperately wanted him to carry on with his role. Although he does not want to betray his friends anymore, he cannot afford to risk his family.
Yuga was apparently born quirkless, just like Deku. His parents were desperate for him to lead a normal life and thus borrowed a quirk from All For One. (Way to choose a quirk donor)
Of course, the quirk didn’t come cheap as AFO made Yuga infiltrate U.A. for him. From their conversation, it seems like their family will be crushed if they disobey AFO.
So, Yuga has to reluctantly follow orders no matter how unwilling he is.
Although Yuga is portrayed as a proud and vain individual, he has always fought with insecurity deep down. He always thinks of himself as inferior to others and struggles to deal with his quirk.
Yuga’s navel laser quirk always makes him sick after usage, and he has always deemed it as a “defective” quirk. Now we know why the quirk doesn’t suit his body because it isn’t his at all.
Class 1A is Ready for the Final Battle as Revealed in MHA Chapter 335
We have seen the early days of Deku when he used to blow up entire limbs just to use a fraction of All Might’s power. So, naturally, Yuga would face the same difficulty.
This is why he sympathizes with Deku, as both of them seem to have uncontrollable quirks.
By the end of the chapter, Deku comes to know about Yuga’s identity, but he doesn’t look mad at all. Instead, he is more concerned about Yuga while Yuga is busy spilling the beans.
It doesn’t look like Deku will tell on his friend or punish him since this role was forced on him. Will Yuga be used as a triple agent for U.A., or is someone else still hiding in the shadows?
