World Trigger Season 3 Ep 3 Shows Off Ko’s New Black Kogetsu
Episode 88 of World Trigger was an information galore for all of you battle-tactics nerds out there. Why World Trigger hasn’t yet inspired a war strategy game will always be a mystery to me.
Still, all these details will come into play in the next episode when the purpose of Ko’s black kogetsu is revealed.
Soon after round seven began, Hiro was cornered by both Ko and Tatsuya. Before Masato Kageura could reach Hiro, Ko pulls out his secret weapon, a black kogetsu.
Kogetsu is an allrounder weapon that is in demand with attackers. Its shape and size can often be changed by consulting with engineers.
Although some recruits have altered their kogetsu, I have never seen them change their luminescence. So, why is Ko’s kogetsu black? Does this have anything to do with why they have chosen nighttime for their cityscape?
Overall, the Suzunari team’s strategy for this battle is still unclear. They have chosen a terrain crowded with buildings, and the nighttime will definitely work in their favor. Does the black kogetsu have any extra abilities, or is it built for covert missions? The next episode will have a lot to clear up.
World Trigger S3 Ep 2: Chika’s Sniping Flaw is Finally Broken Down
Soon, Kageura will be joining in the fray, and Ko might have to go against him. Kageura is merciless, and going against him is definitely challenging. Yet, the Suzunari team seems to have changed and is unafraid to take on the strongest fighters. They seem to have a lot of faith in their new strategy.
Will the Suzunari squad’s plan work out? Or will the other squads shred it into pieces? I’ll be looking forward to the black kogetsu’s secret too.
