While Muv-Luv and Yatterman both are mecha anime, the former is more on the rom-com side, and the latter is on the fantasy side. Regardless, they’re loved the same and enjoyed by all mecha fans.

Muv-Luv’s recent ongoing anime series, Muv-Luv Alternative, has partnered with Sakura Gate Tech to create a Keyframe Card service as NFTs.

The service will allow fans to make their favorite anime scenes into digital card form and even get their name in the anime after the NFT provision starts. This is one of the most fantastic merchandise a franchise can offer.

Muv-Luv’s latest anime, Muv-Luv Alternative, will be the first to be included in the Keyframe Card facility. More will be added as the series progresses. Also, only fans who buy a certain amount of cards will have their name in the anime.

The Keyframe Cards will go on sale in Japan in January and March 2022 without the NFT facility, which will be added later as incentives to the fans.

Similarly, the Yatterman series has teamed up with DEAPcoin token to launch an NFT lineup for its fans. Tatsunoko Productions, the creator of the Yatterman franchise, is providing fans with an exceptional service containing customized art pieces.

Fans can request Tatsunoko to create new and original illustrations with a preferred character, background, or composition. The digital art will come in the form of trading cards with elemental attributes.

About Muv-Luv

Muv-Luv is originally an adult game that was released for Windows in the year 2003.

It consists of two parts: Muv-Luv Extra and Muv-Luv Unlimited. It was later adapted into a Japanese visual novel developed by age 2003. The game was followed by a sequel, Muv-Luv Alternative.

The Muv-Luv franchise is also home to several other styles of games, many manga spin-offs, and anime series such as “Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse” (2012) and “Schwarzesmarken” (2016).

In Muv-Luv Alternative, the protagonist Takeru wakes up three years after the end of the previous adaptation, Muv-Luv Unlimited, and finds himself back in his room.

He initially thinks that it was all a dream until he leaves his house to find that he has traveled back in time to when the events in Unlimited first began.

Unable to accept Alternative V, he aids professor Kouzuki in saving mankind by completing Alternative IV.
