Artist Kageichi Gives Royal Makeover to Anime Film, Belle’s Dragon!

Mamoru Hosada is praised for his dream-like anime films and is the director behind heartwarming anime like Summer Wars and The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. He is back in 2021 with his latest film titled Belle.
Studio Chizu is notorious for its long production cycle, yet they are doing all it takes for Belle to be released on their 10th anniversary!
In a recent exhibition, Studio Chizu revealed the new visuals drawn by illustrator Akiya Kageichi for the Dragon, a central character in Belle: Dragon and Freckled Princess.
