Season 1 Plot
Better known as Starting Life in Another World, the first season of Re Zero came out in the year 2010. With only twenty-five episodes, the pilot managed to hook the audience for years to come in the future. The first season only dealt with the introduction of the isekai story and the characters that we were about to spend time with for the next few seasons.
Season 2 Plot
It took almost a decade for the makers to bring the second season of the anime to the screens. The season was announced to be in production in March 2019. Later in July 2020, the season made it to the floors. The season picks up right where the previous one left. Otto gave the most inspiring speech to Natsuki, he decided to set the timelines right and save the world from the Ragnarok that was about to befall to it. Most of the season takes place in the Sanctuary where Sabru desperately wants to save the people.
