WorTri Season 2 Reveals New Commercial And Visual, January Debut

A new commercial video and visual has been released for season 2 of the World Trigger anime. The second season will be broadcasted from 9th January 2021 and will air in the NUMAnimation block of TV Asahi.
Captain of the Galapoula, Gatlin, stands as an obstacle before the Border forces. An elite group of agents has been sent from Galapoula to cripple the offensive capacity of Border. Gatlin stands as the main villain and in the center of the visual.
Osamu and Yuma stand as the defenders of the Earth as they will have to face the forces from Galapoula head-on.

A new 15-second commercial PV was also released to announce the anime’s second season.
The short commercial shows the Border forces and the team from Galapoula facing each other.
The cast and staff from the previous season of World Trigger will be reprising their roles. Moria Hatano is the new director of the series.
World Trigger Anime Season 2 Premieres In January 2021
Season 1 of World Trigger premiered from 2014-2016, and a sequel aired in 2015. Crunchyroll streams the English dubbed version of the anime since February 2020.

World Trigger, also known in short form as WorTri, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Daisuke Ashihara.
It was initially serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2013 to November 2018 and later transferred in December 2018 to Jump Square.
A mysterious white-haired kid named Yūma Kuga gets transferred to the local school. It turns out, Kuga is actually a humanoid.
In school, he becomes friends with another student, Osamu Mikumo, who is, in fact, an undercover C-class Border trainee. Mikumo becomes the perfect guide for Kuga to save him from being discovered by Border.
