Obsolete CG Anime: Youtube Premiere Of Second Half In December 2020
Obsolete is a 3D CG anime by Bandai Namco which releases its episodes on the Bandai Namco Arts Channel in Youtube. It is a science fiction anime based on alien technology, which is further developed on Earth.
The story is based on “Exo-frame,” an advanced technology that the Earthlings receive from aliens through a cheap exchange. This new technology is then further modified and used on a widespread basis.
The official website of Obsolete has announced that the second part of the anime will arrive on 1st December 2020. The episodes 7-12 will be released together on 1st December.
Youtube premium subscribers will be able to stream all the episodes on the release date. Others will get access to one episode each week. Episodes 1-6 were released on 3rd December 2019.
A trailer for Obsolete part II was released on Youtube by Bandai Namco.
The trailer shows us glimpses from the upcoming episodes. The “Exo-frames” are now being manipulated by some organizations and are being used for warfare.
These new and developed Exoframes can cause chaos if not handled properly. The worldview is about to be changed, for better or worse. The impending destruction has to be stopped.

Each episode of Obsolete is 12-13 minutes long, and it is a Youtube Originals series. The first six episodes are available with English subtitles.
Obsolete is animated by the studio Buemon, which focuses on CG animation. The BluRay edition of the anime will be released on 3rd March 2021. It will be available in limited edition as well as collector’s edition.

Obsolete is a Youtube Originals ED CG anime series released on Bandai Namco Arts channel. Its first six episodes were released in December 2019. The second half will be streamed in December 2020.
The plot is based on an alternative Earth which has contact with aliens. In 2014, aliens made a deal with humans, where they exchanged limestone for Exoframes.
Exo-frames are technologically advanced robots that were soon distributed all over the world.
