The premiere announcement was accompanied by a trailer, teaser visual, and information on the main staff and cast for the original tv anime series.
Hoods Entertainment is producing the Gekidol television anime series which will also have an in-play anime project called “Alice in Deadly School”.
The nearly 2 minute-long promotional video shows the main character Seria Mamono as she talks about how amazing it is to be on stage and that she wishes to stand where all the other actors are.
She narrates about how she had nothing in mind that she wanted to do, but she’s found it now.
We are also introduced to the other hopeful actresses in the series and the drama that ensues in an idol anime.
The scene then cuts to a white-haired girl asking Seria if she knows where she’s started from and where she is headed. Seria responds that she doesn’t know.
Then we receive a reconfirmation of the premiere date, cast, and staff details. The video ends with Seria Mamono on a mysterious note.
1. Plot of Gekidol
The story of the Gekidol anime series takes place five years after a mysterious disaster erases numerous major cities around the world.
The anime focuses on a group of girls who are interested in the “Theatrical Material System” that employs 3D holograms.
The teaser visual showcases the main character Seria Mamono standing in front of a building that has an “Alice in Theatre” sign on it.
Above the sign, we see a screen that shows her in mid-performance during the in-anime play.
2. Plot of Alice in Deadly School
Alice in Deadly School begins with the scenic and joyful life of young school girls which suddenly takes a turn for the worse when their former schoolmates turn into zombies.
The story follows the journey of the girls who get left behind on the school’s roof.
The visual for Alice in Deadly School shows two of the play’s characters sitting back to back in a vibrant field of flowers.

3. About Gekidol
The anime series takes place five years after the mysterious disaster results in the disappearance of major cities across the globe.
Although the world was in turmoil, it was trying to recover little by little. In such a world, we are introduced to three girls who were fascinated by a theatrical material system that uses 3D holograms.
They aim to use this system to set up a shining stage as they prepare for the play “Alice in Deadly School” and the curtains finally go up.
