Endeavour had received specific orders from the hero agency to train the students at their work studies so we all can expect some significant development in their strength in the upcoming future.
Being, the top hero and the head of the biggest hero agency a lot of responsibility has fallen upon his shoulders. With All Might gone he has to work even harder to keep up the reputation of the heroes.
There are still no clues about the incident at the Deika City and with all the movements of the League of Villeins, there is surely a storm that is up ahead.
Hawks is working as a double agent for both the heroes and the villains and now being held in such a tight spot he is under more pressure to do everything correctly.

The English subbed version of this anime’s episode takes 4-5 hours to release after the release of the official episode in Japan.

Season 5 Episode 14 Review:
The last episode started with a merry note where our heroes went to their parent’s houses before the start of their work studies. Midoriya and his mom talked about his missions and also discussed Eri.
The handwritten letter of Ezi for Midoriya left both of them full of tears.
On the first day of their work studies, our heroes got to witness why Endeavour is the number 1 hero and what should be the requirements to be there.
In his fight against an agent of the liberation army, he showed excellent skill and composure and executed the operation without any casualties.
We also got to see a glimpse of Best Jeanist in the recent episode. We all thought that he dies while fighting All For One but it looks like he had survived somehow.
Hawks pulled a blade behind his back but the outcome of his action is still unknown to us so it will be too early to say anything.
Hawks too made his entry and handed over a book to Endeavour with a secret message of the problem that is up ahead. He mentioned that the Liberation Army is planning a move in the next 40 days and the number of their workers is in the thousands. Being a double agent, Hawks is a very important part of the intelligence agency of the heroes.
