Indeed, this new section is fantastic. We’re running late on the spoilers because of all the uncertainty surrounding them. We had to wait for the verified One Piece 1069 spoilers because there were so many false rumors circulating until recently.
This chapter of One Piece has amazing action and a ton of information dump. Our friends the Strawhats benefit from learning about Luffy alongside us, too. We were also pleased with the outcome of the battle.
This is because next week is a holiday. Since only two chapters have passed since the last break, it is safe to assume that this is not a planned break from Oda sensei. Accordingly, the next month promises increasingly frequent respites. There are a number of major holidays approaching.
This week also sees the release of Black Clover 346 and Chapter 375 of My Hero Academia, so make sure you check them out!
Rob Lucci is defeated: One Piece Episode 1069 Spoilers
- It is titled “Everything Exists for a Reason” because that is the underlying theme of this section. The MADS Research Center is featured on the cover. Du Feld, one of the wealthiest loan sharks, financed it.
- The scene depicts Lucci attacking Luffy without first obtaining permission from headquarters to attack an Emperor. The devil fruit is already awoken within him, and the resulting black flames cover his entire body, giving him a more menacing appearance.
- When Luffy discovers the shattered Atlas, he takes vengeance by using Gear 5. He has Lucci well in hand at this point, and he even enjoys fighting him.
- Luffy uses the updated version of Gomu Gomu no Mogura, transforming the ground into a fist and punching Lucci for massive amounts of damage.
- While at Marine HQ, Akainu learns of Kizaru’s impending arrival in Egghead.
- Sentoumaru gives Seraphim Kuma the order to attack CP0, but CP0 doesn’t want to fight for fear of harming Seraphims.
- The Strawhats’ main lab has been invaded by Vegapunk. There is no mention of Gomu Gomu no Mi, he claims, in the Book of Devil Fruits.
- Vegapunk continues by comparing Luffy to Nika, an almost forgotten god. More information about the Devil Fruits and their future is revealed in his subsequent remarks.
- Sentoumaru reappears, this time accompanied by a larger number of Seraphim. For the Seraphims, the chain of command begins with Gorosei, continues through Vegapunk, and culminates with Sentoumaru or whoever is in possession of the Command Ship.
- Sentoumaru owes a great debt to Vegapunk for saving him from a life of abject poverty. During their conversation, Luffy seems very pleased. Sentoumaru begs Luffy to rescue him from Vegapunk.
- Once Rob Lucci is feeling better, he launches an attack on Sentoumaru that leaves him badly hurt. The Seraphims’ leadership is something he desires.
- This has left Luffy both shocked and angry at Lucci.
First Depiction of One Piece 1069 Manga Spoilers
If Lucci was scared after fighting Luffy, that says a lot. We were worried that Lucci would cause trouble between us and Luffy, but that did not happen.
An Emperor is immune to challenge from enemies of this caliber. Simply put, Lucci doesn’t need or deserve Gear 5. Perhaps Luffy will beat someone up some more in One Piece Chapter 1069.
The Strawhats have been in the dark about Luffy’s true identity up until this point. Even Luffy has trouble grasping the full extent of his abilities. He casually refers to Gear 5 as “the free state.”
Through Vegapunk, the Strawhats gain some insight into the truth behind Luffy’s fruit. We wish that all the Strawhats would learn more in the coming chapters.
Expect Kizaru soon. Very interesting data, indeed. The Admirals are the Marines’ most powerful units right now. The Marines maintain a power balance with the pirates.
That’s why it seems like Kizaru and Luffy are on even keel now. We can’t wait to see if they square off to see who emerges victorious.
The Seraphims will undoubtedly play a pivotal role. Their leadership is invaluable to any side. Even Rob Lucci makes an attempt to usurp their leadership.
However, Gorosei, not Vegapunk, is the top priority. A conflict could ensue if both sides want to capture one of the Seraphims.
