Anime Film BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia Part 1 in 2021

BanG Dream! began as a Japanese music media franchise owned by Bushiroad. Bushiroad’s President Takaaki Kidani created the project’s concept, and Kō Nakamura made the original story.

The venture began as a manga before branching out into other media. It also includes an anime television series, live concerts, singles and albums, and a mobile game.

Additionally, the franchise has also announced BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia, a two-part film series focusing on Roselia. Part I is “Yakusoku,” and Part II is “Song I am.”

The first part of the film “BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia I – Yakusoku,” produced by Studio Sanzigen, announced through its official website and Twitter account that it is scheduled to open in Japan in 2021.

The announcement was accompanied by a new teaser visual and video!

The new visual shows a colourful representation of the all-female musicians who form the band Roselia: Minato Yukina, Hikawa Sayo, Imai Lisa, Udagawa Ako, and Shirokane Rinko.

Roselia is one of the many bands depicted in the BanG Dream TV anime series.

The 30-second teaser video talks about the Future World Fest and introduces the girls of the band Roselia.

The second part of the two-part film, titled, “BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia- Song I Am,” may also release in the latter half of 2021.

The franchise is based around all-female bands whose members are also voice actresses in the anime series and mobile game. 

The “BanG Dream! Episode of Roselia I – Yakusoku” anime film focuses primarily on the famous gothic J-Rock band Roselia.

The J-Rock group consists of five members: Minato Yukina on vocals, Hikawa Sayo on guitar, Udagawa Ako on drums, Shirokane Rinko on the keyboard, and Imai Lisa on bass.

About BanG Dream!

BanG Dream! is a mix-media music franchise produced by Bushiroad in 2015. It first started as a manga and then adapted into an anime before forming bands to perform in concerts and creating mobile games.

The main cast of the BanG Dream! Comprises seven bands of five members each.

The protagonist of the series is the band Poppin Party, which debuted in 2015 followed by debuts of Afterglow, Pastel*Palettes, Roselia, Hello, Happy World!, Raise A Suilen, and Morfonica.

The members of the bands are the voice actors to the characters and hold concerts.
