Higurama will try to defend Yuji while trying to frame Sukuna for the Shibuya Incident in Jujutsu Kaisen 245 but it all depends on Judgeman and his verdict at the end of the hearing. Yuji was confident about it in the last chapter so he must have something up his sleeve that will turn it into the death penalty for Sukuna.
In the last chapter, we saw that Itadori Yuji and Higurama joined the ongoing battle against Sukuna. In a flashback, we saw that all the sorcerers were having a meeting on how to deal with Sukuna. It was then decided that Yuta would finish Kenjaku after Takaba distracts him and will return right back. Kamo said that he was not much help and he would be leaving the country with his family. Higurama then made a plan to confiscate Sukuna’s cursed technique using his CT.
He then said that if he can give the death penalty to Sukuna he can fight him using the Executioner’s Sword. He added that it all depends on Judgeman and then recalled all the crimes Sukuna committed till now in the modern era and the past. Higurama then told them the sentences for all the crimes. Yuji and Higurama had a long discussion about it and Yuji said he could turn it into a definite death sentence for Sukuna.
On the battlefield, Mei Mei’s crows were destroyed by Sukuna but he was distracted by them. Yuji and Higurama attacked at the same time and Yuji was able to land a powerful punch on Sukuna. Higurama then opened his domain and they will try to frame Sukuna for killings in Shibuya. The chapter ends with Sukuna and Yuji both on trial while Higurama defends Yuji in front of Judgeman.

Jujutsu Kaisen 245 is on a break this week and the next chapter of the manga series will be released in the issue of Weekly Shonen Jump on Sunday 17th December 2023. The spoilers and raw scans will be released by Wednesday, 13th December 2023.
