The anime adaptation of the original light novel series by Koushi Tachibana has been ongoing since 2013, with the first season airing 12 episodes. The second season followed with 10 episodes in 2014, and the third season premiered in January 2019, airing for 12 episodes. The fourth season of the anime premiered in April 2022, and fans are eagerly awaiting the premiere of Season 5.
In addition to the anime series, a Date a Live anime film titled Gekijōban Date a Live: Mayuri Judgment was released in Japan in August 2015. The original light novel series was published by Kadokawa’s Fantasia Bunko imprint, with the 22nd and final volume released in March 2020. Yen Press is currently releasing the English translations of the novels.

Synopsis:
