Delicious in Dungeon has emerged as one of the best anime this season so far and in Delicious in Dungeon Episode 3, Laios and his party will be entering the third level of the underground dungeon while feasting on the monsters that once used to eat people but now they are getting eaten.
Till now, in the Delicious in Dungeon anime, we saw Laios on a mission with his former party which included his sister but there was something wrong with their map and they lost their way and ended up facing a red dragon. It was pretty exhausting for them and the red dragon ate his sister. She used a spell to get them out of the dungeon but she was not able to make out of it as she was already in dragon’s mouth.
Laios realized that they had to go and save her but they did not have the resources to do so as their belongings got lost while they were teleported to the outside world. After that two of their party members left but two showed support for Laios and his mission to save his sister and that started a brand new adventure of going into the depths of the dungeon once again and facing the red dragon one more time but with a twist this time as they plan to eat it.

Delicious in Dungeon Episode 2 continues Laios and his quest to save his sister with the addition of a new party member who has expertise in cooking the monsters found in the dungeon. Senshi has been cooking and eating the edible monsters for more than 10 years and Laios was interested in the cuisine for a long time too and having no money gave him the chance he needed to explore this.
They were on the second level already but they were tired and Marcille was having nightmares about the monster food. In the episode, they tried various foods, and looked like there was a lot of progress. The first one was that they hunted a Basilisk that had the head of a snake and the tail of a chicken. Well in terms of food, they tasted the same so it did not make that much difference.
Then they moved to the lower level and Senshi used his brains to use the oil from the traps to prepare the meal for them. They also tried some screaming vegetables that might even kill them and Marcille created a cluster when she used a giant bat to collect those veggies and this ended up in chaos. Marcille was alright but she was in shock. For Senshi, it was more meat as the giant bat got killed by that scream.
