Edens Zero Staff Reveals Director Yūshi Suzuki’s Sudden Demise in September

Edens Zero completed its first season with a hopeful and thrilling conclusion, but nobody expected that this would be a tragic end for the anime’s staff as well. 

While Shiki and the rest of Edens Zero crew were dealing with the death of an old friend, we got grim news about the sudden demise of a staff member. It has been hard on everyone, including the fans, who received the information after the fantastic season finale.

Edens Zero anime’s staff revealed that the show’s director Yūshi Suzuki passed away at a hospital in Tokyo on September 9, 2021.
