Heart Cocktail Colorful Anime will Air on March 21 and 28, 2023
The current winter season of anime will shortly conclude, and the new spring season will soon arrive. There will be a plethora of new anime, as well as the return of some older series, but among them is a true gem.
Yes, I’m referring to Watase’s 1980s-era Heart Cocktail Colorful animation series, which spans 11 volumes and has been adored by its legion of admirers ever since its release. The new anime adaptation is set to premiere in March 2023, and we can guarantee that it will be a pleasure for anyone who have followed the Heart Cocktail Colorful series from the beginning.
On Monday, NHK announced that beginning on March 21, NHK General will be airing the first three episodes of the Heart Cocktail Colorful animation. Episodes four and five would air on March 28. NHK has not confirmed the postponement, although the show was scheduled to debut in late February when it was first announced.
Kazuya Kamenashi, Tamiyoshi Okuda, and Hikari Mitsushima will voice the main characters in the anime. From 1986 through 1988, a television animation based on the manga was shown. That anime also features Okuda’s voice acting. The vibrant metropolitan setting of “Heart Cocktail” contributed to the film’s enormous success in the ’80s. Almost 40 years later, with the new version finally airing, the anime has all the makings of a new classic.
Heart Cocktail Colorful
Based on Seizou Watase’s original Heart Cocktail manga from the 1980s, Heart Cocktail Colorful is a popular Japanese television animation series. However, while the manga takes place in an urban setting during the 1980s, the anime will be set in the current day.
Many other types of romantic relationships will be explored, such as the love between two individuals who are separated by the pandemic or the love between a single parent and her kid.
