The series has since been adapted into a successful TV anime and two live-action movies that were highly praised and acclaimed in Japan.
The series delves into the thrilling and terrifying story of enigmatic parasitic life forms that invade Earth from outer space with the intention of seizing control by inhabiting human hosts. The plot revolves around Jeong Su In, played by the talented actress Jeon So Nee, who unfortunately becomes a victim of one of these parasitic creatures.
