Horimiya: The Missing Pieces Has a New “Emokyun” Trailer!

One of the anime series premiering this summer is “Horimiya: The Missing Pieces.” Fans of romantic comedies will appreciate how realistic “Horimiya” is in its focus on dating and relationships. When compared to previous teen romances, this one has more openly emotional protagonists.

Only half of the plot was covered in the first season of Horimiya. The sports festival and the college tour were two of the most important events. Although this has left a sour taste in the mouths of supporters, it won’t last forever.

On Saturday, a new promotional video named “Emokyun” (The Feels) for the spinoff series “Horimiya: The Missing Pieces” was posted to the series’ official website. The first episode of the anime airs on July 1 of this year. Crunchyroll will air both episodes simultaneously.

The above teaser depicts a dual narrative. In the beginning, we follow the kids as they take a virtual tour of the area. The second part focuses on the various people who attend the sports event.

‘Horimiya: The Missing Pieces’ will feature fresh material that was originally written for the manga but cut from the first season. Omoinotake’s “Shiawase” (Happiness) serves as the opening theme song, and “URL” (Uniform Resource Locator) by Ami Sakaguchi serves as the closing theme song.

The new volume 17 of ‘Horimiya’ will be released in the next month as well. Despite being more of a filler series, I can see why everyone is excited for “The Missing Pieces,” given the anime’s existing popularity and the return of its great ensemble. Including a timeline for each narrative would be really helpful.

Horimiya

HERO is the creator of the manga Horimiya san to Miyamura kun. Horimiya, an anime adaptation of the manga, has received six original video animations.

Kyoko Hori, in contrast to Miyamura’s introversion and melancholy, is the popular and bright girl in school. They each have their own hidden baggage.

Hori has a hard time taking care of herself and her little brother, Souta, while Miyamura is always trying to cover up his tattoos and piercings. As they learn more about one another, they get emotionally close to one another.
