Is Season 3 Of Mob Psycho 100 Over? Season 4: Will There Be One?
Fans are unsure whether Mob Psycho 100’s episode 12 last week marked the conclusion of what some considered to be a rather underwhelming season, especially after the plot- and action-heavy season 2.
However, if you’re a fan of Mob Psycho 100, you already know that this series isn’t your standard Shonen. Mob Psycho 100 is entirely character-driven, and it stays true to this theme throughout.
With 12 episodes, Mob Psycho 100 season 3 is now complete. On December 22, 2022, it reached the end of its initial run. The season’s final episode, “Confession ‘To the Future,'” signaled the end of the Mob Psycho anime series as well as season 3.
Will Mob Psycho 100 Return For A Fourth Season? Is Mob Psycho The Last Chapter?
Since all the chapters of the original book have been translated, season 3 marks the conclusion of Mob Psycho 100.
The manga series by One, which was finished in 2017, served as the inspiration for the anime Mob Psycho. The remaining chapters 100 and 101 are animated in episode 12.
In Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday and MangaOne, One’s Mob Psycho 100 manga series, which has 101 chapters, was published from 2012 to 2018 as 16 tankobon volumes. Mob Psycho 100: Reigen, a spin-off series produced by One, was serialized in 2018.
The Divine Tree arc (chapters 92–97), the Telepathy mini-arc (chapter 98), the???% arc (chapters 99–100), and the epilogue are all adapted for Mob Psycho’s third season (chapter 101).

How Is Mob Psycho Concluded? How Season 3 Ends Is Described
At the conclusion of Mob Psycho 100, Mob confronts the aspect of himself that he formed by suppressing his emotions over time. This version of Mob is???% Mob, who develops autonomy after being struck by a moving vehicle and rendered comatose.

The battle Mob has with himself and embracing who he really is is masterfully shown in the last episode.
Ritsu was permanently scarred when Shigeo Kageyama’s childhood explosion of actual strength occurred. Additionally, Tsubomi, his love, was never impressed by his abilities. As a result, Mob suppressed both his might and, consequently, his emotions.
The series’ complicated relationship between emotions and psychic ability is fully realized in episode 12.
???% Because Tsubomi is the only person who has never been scared of Mob, he admits that he is the one who is truly in love with her.
When they were younger, she embraced him completely and did not treat him any differently because of his position of authority. ???% Threatening to take control of the entire Mob and remain there forever, Mob.
All the beloved characters from the series make cameo cameos as the???% Mob terrorizes the city. They are Teruki Hanazawa, Sho Suzuki, Toichiro Suzuki, Ritsu, Katsuya Serizawa, Dimple, and Reigen, as well as the Body Improvement Club, the Telepathy Club, and the Body Improvement Club.
Mob’s character arc is brought to a full conclusion after every character has finished theirs. Reigen’s character development is the most important and what brings Mob back to himself.
Despite not having any special abilities, Reigen battles Mob with sheer strength of will. Reigen is able to stop Mob and persuade him to listen to him out with the aid of Dimple.
???% Reigen, in Mob’s opinion, is the very worst person ever because he exploited Mob’s abilities and used him for his own gain.
Reigen admits to Mob that he is a liar and that he has been lying to him for the entire time, utilizing Mob’s psychic ability because he lacked his own. This scenario broke the hearts of every fan. For the first time ever, Reigen expresses regret to him.
Reigen explains to Mob what he has always told him: that despite having remarkable abilities, he is not unique. Additionally, he says that everyone has a side of themselves that they dislike; for him, that side is the one that lies and exploits others. But he understands that Mob would never have entered his life and remained with him if he had never lied.
As a result, he goes on to demonstrate that even his more repugnant and evil side must be accepted because it is still a part of him.
When Mob hears this, he refocuses on himself. He takes the last flower from his bouquet to express his feelings to Tsubomi before leaving Reigen and Dimple.
Tsubomi turns him away in typical One ways. She just doesn’t feel the same way for him yet, despite the sound arguments. Now that Mob has finally come to terms with himself, he truly has a chance of being accepted—with or without his powers. She wants to get to know him thoroughly.
Does Mob Eventually Lose His Abilities?
It is made crystal clear at the end of the anime and manga that Mob does not use his powers. This doesn’t mean he’s lost them; it just means he won’t use them for unimportant things.
Mob chooses to climb up the pole to try and free a cat that is stuck on a pole rather than just using his powers. This scene not only adds humor but also demonstrates Mob’s physical and emotional development.
Shigeo Kageyama is continuously at 100% (or, technically, without any%) at the end of the series. The percentage explosion scale showed how near Mob was to succumbing to his feelings. Mob won’t ever have to worry about them taking over now that he has accepted???%, or the version that existed as a result of the emotions he suppressed.
In the epilogue, Mob freely sobs and laughs, demonstrating that he isn’t frightened to be who he truly is. Totally gang-related.
