Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2: Official Announcement

At the Jump Festa 2023 event on Saturday, a character introduction video was made public. Additionally, a release date for the future season has been set. The revamped main characters for this new season may be seen by spectators in the venue and viewers who streamed the event online. Onstage, Junya Enoki and Nobunaga Shimazaki also provided additional season 2 information.

Five significant characters who will feature in the new arc were depicted in the event’s visuals. A Jujutsu Kaisen event that will tour throughout Japan will also be held in March 2023 to promote season 2. Nobunaga also stated that he purposefully altered his voice to the best of his ability portray a younger Gojo.

Plot Specifics

The “Gojo’s Past” arc will be adapted for the first half of the upcoming season. It will transport viewers back to 2006 and center on Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto as small children. The second season will resume with Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kubasaki in the present after the “Gojo’s Past” arc. The “Shibuya Incident” arc will then be adapted for the season. The “Kaigyoku” storyline will also be adapted for the future season. Action-packed Season 2 will most likely mirror what is happening in Akumi’s manga.

Release Date For Season 2 Of Jujutsu Kaisen

The anime’s second season will premiere in July 2023. In Japan, the anime will be broadcast on MBS, TBS, and 28 additional networks. The anime had previously been aired to foreign audiences by Crunchyroll. Worldwide fan streaming has not yet been announced, though.
