A boy nicknamed “Dorotabo” helps a detective with a strange case. However, the boy himself is a mystery. His name isn’t the only thing that is strange about him. How is the boy connected to the supernatural?

An official website for Kemono Jihen has been opened and it announced the anime adaptation of the series. The anime will premiere in January 2021.

An advanced screening of the first episode will be done in the Jump Festa’21, an online event which will be held in December.

A visual for the anime series has been released.

All the characters in the series are featured in the visual with Dorotabo taking the central stage. Inugami, the occult detective is also shown.

Kemono Jihen is a manga by Shou Aimoto. It is an ongoing manga in Jump SQ which started serialization in 2016.

In a mountain village, a series of animals die, and their corpses rot away in a single day.

Inumaru, an occult detective from Tokyo is called for an investigation. A strange boy nicknamed “Dorotabo” helps him out. However, the boy himself is wrapped in mystery.
