Today we are going to discuss the soon to be released Kingdom Chapter 647. Fans are currently soaking up all the developments in Zhao with dual morality. We are all wondering what will be Qin’s next step – is ShouHeiKun solely focused on Zhao?
Let us see the chronology: Riboku nearly defeats Qin. TouJou fails Riboku. Riboku gets imprisoned. Riboku is set for execution. Riboku is saved from execution. Riboku is a fugitive. Riboku has to fight again and turn the tide. How much does this man have to suffer? Even his enemies pity him!
What will be the next move for Zhao? How is Qin going to proceed – or will they wait and watch? Find out in Kingdom Manga 647 as we proceed to the middle of “Turmoil in Zhao” mini-arc. It seems like Qin’s new movements will be noted only after we can find a solution in Zhao country.

Kingdom 646 Recap:
Riboku and Prince Ka’s faction are at Kantan. They’re all suspicious that KakuKai has altered the late King’s Will. As they plan to challenge the will, Riboku says that there is a far greater problem at hand. And just then, arrows are showered on them by assassins, killing many men.
Riboku and Kaine rallied the men and fought the assassins in broad daylight. As they wait for Futei’s backup, they Riboku orders them to cut down the opponents. It is obvious that KakuKai is trying to dispose off these men. Riboku orders them to guard Prince Ka and escape Kantan.
The Qin forces get this news from Mouten. Shin realizes that they might have to move out soon. Even Mouten is sympathetic about Riboku. He tells that whichever brother makes the first move, will gain a major advantage.
In Kantan, KakuKai is swiftly eliminating the families of all the ministers and officials who wanted to support Prince Ka. KakuKai reminds them that Prince Ka must be killed in order to gain stability. Ka and Riboku have immense talent and charisma. They can stage a great coup and overthrow Prince Sen. So if required, even the Kantan army will be forced to act.
Riboku is escaping with Prince Ka. They’re moving to Houshou where they can get safe haven. Riboku assures Ka that the day will come when Ka will rise – after all, Ka is the last ray of hope to save Zhao. Kaine announces that there are enemies ahead, and they are outnumbered about 5 to 1.
Riboku orders to cut through the centre and move ahead. As they move against great odds, he reminisces with Kaine. It was at their last battle in Ganmon, that they faces such overwhelming odds. A massive clash takes place. The opponents are momentarily distracted about targeting Ka or Riboku. They even injure Riboku, but Kaine protects him.
With great casualties, Riboku and Ka manages to escape Kantan safely. Kaine is distraught that Zhao has turned their blades against themselves. As they escape, Futei and ShunSuiJu protect their backs. Soon, they are done in but Bananji’s forces keep holding group. The Kantan army then attacks Bananji.
However, RiBoku escapes and creates sufficient distance. They escape northbound. With great cost, they reach Houshou. Here, Riboku bids farewell to Ka. He asks the young prince to hold on to hope. Prince Ka is breaking down, due to grief and the guilt of letting down his followers. But he is the hope of Zhao. Ka kneels and apologises to Riboku for the mistakes and stupidity of his family.
Riboku then heads back to aid Bananji and somehow turn the tide of battle. At night, Riboku camps on the way. Kaine informs that Bananji and Futei are safe and have camped at En Forest. Riboku confides in Kaine that the chance of Prince Ka succeeding the throne is nearly zero. They are both exhausted and need rest.
Riboku tells Kaine that he is tired and she comforts her master. She vows never to leave his side.
Kingdom Chapter 647 Release Date and Raw Scans:
Kingdom 647 Raw Scans will be released around 5th July, 2020. The new issue of Monthly Jump will release and from there, the raws will be scanlated. We will do our best to get these raws to you so be patient and keep and eye on our website.

Kingdom 647 Spoilers:
Look at the poor man. Who would say that this is Zhao’s Greatest General? Facing atrocities after atrocities, he is reduced to a tired man clinging to whatever hope is left for him.
Kingdom 647 will probably show Riboku joining Bananji and fighting the Kantan army. But we know he will not act against his nation. So what will he do? How will he solve the situation? We think we will strike up a deal.
In Kingdom Chapter 647, we will probably see him fight for a while and then negotiate a deal. Something along the lines of – Qin will attack soon and he will defend. If he fails, he will be executed and he will give up the location of Ka. Seems like an unlikely gamble but hey, this is Riboku.
It seems like we are heading towards more politics in this arc, and small scale battles. It won’t be until a few more chapters that we see some major development on the Qin forces. However, we are willing to wait and see Riboku’s fate.
