Latest Teaser of ‘Reborn to Master the Blade’ Shows MC’s Iron Will
When Goddess Alistia fulfilled Hero-King Inglis’s wish, she forgot to mention some tiny details about his next birth. Inglis is now Reborn to Master the Blade but as the daughter of a minor noble family and ineligible to become a knight.
Considering the franchise’s popularity among manga and novel readers, receiving an anime adaptation was no surprise. Fans were most anxious about whether the anime would do justice to Inglis’s character.
As soon as the first promotional video for Reborn to Master the Blade anime came out, fans breathed a sigh of relief.
The teaser features extraordinary animation (much like Inglis herself), leading to a rise in anticipation for the show’s January 2023 release.
The video starts with Alistia blessing Inglis with the rebirth he asked for. Inglis requested to live for himself as a knight, which Alistia granted with a twist.
Reborn as the daughter of a noble family, Inglis was soon declared unfit and ineligible to become a knight. But since it’s the great Inglis we’re talking about, these hurdles are nothing but challenges that she has to overcome.

About Reborn to Master the Blade
Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire is a light novel series by Hayaken and Nagu. It began serialization in November 2019 on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website and was later acquired by Hobby Japan.
It features the Hero-King Inglis, whose final wish is rebirth to live his dream of becoming a warrior. The only twist is that Inglis is reborn as a daughter to a noble family and is ineligible to become a knight.
