Ijin had previously averted the crisis over the SW Company. This time the chapter turned to a heartfelt approach to give more insight into Ijin’s camp days. Mercenary Enrollment Chapter 107 is expected to continue with Ijin’s daily life for now.
The recent chapter again uses a comparison between Ijin’s past and present situation. It’s actually satisfying as a reader to see Ijin understand things that are normal for people and get out of his mercenary camp mindset.
Ijin now has people to care about him and strangely, he feels comfortable with them too. Since he’s not a person to be upfront about his struggles, it takes some time for him to realize a situation.
Featuring a sick day for Ijin, was having a bad day but he still dragged on through his day to complete his daily tasks. He never knew he could be excused on a sick day.
Ijin’s family, friends, and Shin Jiyeh’s bodyguard training center have brought many people into Ijin’s life and all of them care deeply for him. Although he gets surprised about their concerns, he gradually understands them.
According to recent reports, the Mercenary Enrollment anime is set to be announced soon.
Mercenary Enrollment Chapter 107 Release Date
At the end of the day, Ijin is just a 19-year-old boy who studies in high school. Even though he does jobs that are too risky for his age or has a mature logical thinking process, the adults make sure that he leads a life of an average high-school student.
Mercenary Enrollment or Teenage Mercenary Chapter 107 will be released on Sunday, October 23, 2022. The scanlation groups do a wonderful job of uploading the English scans of the chapter weekly on the same day.
It’s fulfilling to see Ijin lead the normal life that he always dreamt of. Mercenary Enrollment 107 probably will give readers more scenes to be happy about.
One Piece Chapter 1064 and Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 202 are also getting published this week, do check them out!
Ijin’s Past vs Present
Ijin’s mercenary training camp was really traumatic for him. He had to fight for his life even when he was sick to the point of fainting. He couldn’t expose his weakness even to his colleagues because his resources might be taken away. They followed the policy of survival of the fittest.
Ijin still has occasional flashbacks from his days back in the camp. This time his flashback was broken into a cold sweat as he woke up disheveled. He wasn’t feeling well but he still pushed himself to continue through the day.
While they were walking to school, his sister noticed him not too happy and asked if he was fine but he forced a smile and said he was. Dahyun realized he was sick and told him to call her if he was sick in school.
Moving on, his friends in class also noticed that Ijin was not his usual self. His vision was blurry but he still followed on with the camp’s principal. When Yuna touched his forehead, he became alert and pressed her hand hurting her.
Yuna realized his forehead was hot and asked if he was okay. Even his friends were surprised that he had a fever. He was asked to go home early but of course, he didn’t give up. So his friends bought him more snacks as a sick person needs to eat more so that he isn’t feeling weak.
Ijin was surprised because he wasn’t used to people giving him things. Moreover, he didn’t know that people cared for others when they were sick and even give special attention to their needs.
He still went on his bodyguard training. Others noticed too that he wasn’t himself and provided him water and rest. He was asked to go home as he looked terrible but he concluded that he was totally fine.
He didn’t know that nobody expected him to overexert himself when he was sick. Others were genuinely worried about his well-being. He only knew to keep a tough front in everyone’s eyes.
Next, he accompanied Jiyeh as her bodyguard. Jiyeh asked him to rest but he insisted that he was fine. Jiyeh took him to the doctor who said that he had a high fever. The temperature was high to shock both of them.
Jiyeh left him home and asked him to be on rest till he is fine. He could only join duties when he was healthy. He was given medicines for his fever. Ijin was looked surprised at his pack of medicines, probably he never had medicines his whole life for any ailment.
Next, he went home and his family was concerned. He was again surprised by looking at their faces. Ijin came to accept the fact that this was not his camp or battlefield. He smiled and said he needed to rest and take medicines.
His grandfather had brought in more fruits than usual because he was sick and needed nutrients to get better. They cut the fruits and waited for him to come out. However, he had fallen asleep once he entered his room.
Ijin probably had never shown his weakness to anyone. He got a feeling of safety being around his own people so he decided to fall asleep without even changing his clothes.
Mercenary Enrollment Chapter 106 was quite unexpected after the major crisis. Noticing its previous trends, it’s probably a filler-type chapter before another major event.
What type of content will Mercenary Enrollment Chapter 107 bring – heartfelt or a sense of danger? Ijin needs to prepare and get back well before any other danger strikes.
