New Teaser Confirms Fall Debut of ‘IDOLiSH7 Third Beat!’ Part 2

Just a few weeks more till IDOLiSH7 becomes more than just a musical anime, and fans can barely wait to witness such a level-up.

Ever since ZOOL made their extravagant debut, there seems to be trouble in paradise for TRIGGER and IDOLiSH7. As if ZOOL and their dirty tricks weren’t enough, the bands were forced to face unwanted and negative media attention too.

Soon IDOLiSH7 Third Beat! turned into something more serious, and we’ll see more of this in its second cour, coming out on October 2, 2022.

As seen in the season’s episode 13, many idols fell prey to false rumors about themselves due to paparazzi trying to get a scoop on them. Later it was revealed that Ryo Tsukumo was behind it all and wanted to smear TRIGGER’s name before ZOOL debuted.

Adding to this, Sumire was in cahoots with Torao Mido and intentionally led the media to believe that she was dating Ryunosuke.

While IDOLiSH7 and TRIGGER dealt with the consequences of popularity and fame, ZOOL made their biggest move. By setting up a stage in public and making a grand entrance, ZOOL made the world notice them.

From there on, all the credit for ZOOL’s popularity went to the internet as everyone started posting about the band’s phenomenal music. However, ZOOL’s launch meant only despair and agony for IDOLiSH7 and TRIGGER.

As much as we all hate Tsukumo, we can’t help but agree that ZOOL’s success was not just because of scheming and cheating. The band has immense talent and couldn’t have achieved fame in such a short time if not for their skills.

So, to all the ZOOL apologists and even those who absolutely hate them, we have to wait just a little more to see what else they have planned for us.
