New Teaser Trailer “Bang Brave Bang Bravern” Reveals Cool Design Settings
Mecha is a genre that is slowly dying. Even if newer anime in this genre are made, they are always similar to ‘Neon Genesis Evangelion’ or ‘Gundam.’ We seldom get to see unique stories in this genre. “Bang Brave Bang Bravern” might be a game changer.
It looks like a military story but might be more than just wars and tactics. The greatest strength of Mecha lies in its designs. And more information about this critical element has been announced. Let’s get into it without further ado.
Cygames and Cygames Pictures started streaming the third “Designer Introduction” video for their original television anime project “Bang Brave Bang Bravern.” The footage reveals different setting images designed by production designer Kenji Teraoka.
The short 24-second video shows blueprints of various fantastic settings. It also offers the designs of machines, robots, and rifles, including the cockpit designs. And they look darn good. The video has elevated the expectations of the fans of the anime.
With Kenji Teraoka, we don’t have to worry about the designs. He is an expert who has worked on various successful and cool anime, including Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and most of the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.
The anime feels slightly similar to ‘Gundam’ and ‘Evangelion,’ but is not as futuristic. It might be refreshing as we see a different setting from what we are generally used to. It might be an excellent mecha anime to add to the collection.
