The confirmed Reddit One Piece 1062 spoilers are finally out and it confirms the six types of Vegapunk on the Egghead island how CP0 is looking to hunt them all down.
We are back after the break and Oda sensei has begun the new run with a very intriguing chapter. The spoilers are arriving slowly, in bits and pieces. We know that they are delayed, but this is the new system now. One Piece 1062 fan scans will be coming out on 6th October 2022.
The name of One Piece Chapter 1062 is Adventure in the Land of Science. Adventure indeed because a lot of dangerous stuff is about to happen.
Things will get really complicated, real soon because some major players are about to get involved. The cover picture has Chocola Town covered in ice.
Vegapunk Betrayed by the Government:
In the most unexpected turn of events, we see that the World Government has issued the order to kill off this genius scientist. Cipher Pol 0 has been mobilized to dispose of him! Spoiler providers are pointing out that Vegapunk’s character is somewhat similar to Pain from Naruto!
In this chapter, we find out that Vegapunk apparently has 6 bodies. And all of these have their own personality, free will, and eccentricities. Since he is extremely occupied with his research, the increased body count improves his efficiency.
That said, Body 02, which is the girl from the last chapter, is a bit evil in nature!
The higher-ups from the World Government think that Vegapunk knows too much. And this amount of knowledge in one person is apparently a threat to them. Thus, despite Vegapunk being loyal to them and helping them so much, they want the scientist dead!
In the end, Vegapunk’s excessive knowledge might turn out to be his downfall. Although, the government probably has to kill all 6 bodies to completely finish the task. And if one body is killed, the others might go into hiding. Also, there is no guarantee that there is no hidden body either.
Cipher Pol 0 and their assassination
Killing the genius scientist won’t be an easy task. This is why agents of the highest caliber have been assigned to the job. We have Lucci, Kaku, and Stussy on a mission to kill Vegapunk.
And along with them, there is Seraphim Kuma, who will probably help in the mission.
Currently, the group is hiding on Egghead island. We won’t see them attack in this chapter. It is also revealed that Seraphim Kuma does not have the devil fruit powers of the original.
This probably means that none of the seraphims have devil fruit powers. They are just robots.
The Strawhats and Bonney
One of the biggest shockers of the chapter is that Kuma is the father of Jewelry Bonney. That is why she has been looking for him so earnestly. That is why Kuma’s slave status was extremely hurtful to her. She reveals this information to Luffy and the group.
Kuma was made into a cyborg by Vegapunk. Bonney is probably here to uncover the truth behind why Kuma did all of that. We also know that Kuma was the one who guarded the Thousand Sunny when the crew was away during the time skip.
Mysteries are slowly piling up. One Piece 1062 is doing an amazing job to set up the Egghead arc. Luffy and the straw hats have a lot to figure out in this arc. And we are very curious to meet all the other bodies of Vegapunk.
We wonder if this will lead to temporary alliances. Maybe the bodies of Vegapunk will be divided. Maybe we will get to see Luffy fight Lucci again and Zoro versus Kaku. The former fights between them had Luffy unlock his gears for the first time and Zoro using Ashura for the first time!
