Gorousei is doing every possible thing to stop the broadcast of Vega Punk’s message to the world in One Piece Chapter 1109 but Saint Saturn is busy fighting Luffy but looks like things are getting heated after Gorousei told Saturn that they have no time left.
In the last chapter, we saw that Augur and Devon were in distrust of Caribou. Caribou then told them that he knew something and if they took him to Teach he would tell everything he knew. There were a total of nine Vice Admirals on Egghead Island. Marines were in trouble with Pacifistas as their attacks were getting blocked by bubble shields. Doberman ordered all Vice Admirals to hunt Bonney as their top priority.
Vice Admiral Tosa was chasing Franky’s group but Dorry and Broggy appeared and crushed him. Bonney told the Giants that Luffy, Sanji, and Vegapunk were still in the middle of the island. They went to help them while Vice Admiral Bluegrass was on a Sea Beast Weapon and asked Doll about the giant’s strength. She told him that he worked with Saul 20 years ago. On Egghead Island, Vegapunk told Luffy and Sanji that he has a very important thing to do and they should focus on Bonney as she was being targeted by everyone.
Saturn was back and attacked Luffy and Sanji with his legs. Sanji then took Vegapunk but Kizaru appeared and kicked him. Vegapunk fell and then got stabbed by Kizaru. Luffy then changed into his giant form and asked Sanji to take Vegapunk and leave the place. Then he grabbed Kizaru and Saturn with his hands. In Punk Records Lab, Vegapunk’s face appears on screen and he says that he has a very important message to deliver that will shock everyone but it is the truth of their world.

- Chapter Title – Obstruction
- The recording from the last chapter was made by Vegapunk.
- Shaka and the other “Satellites” are with him too.
- Vegapunk broadcast signal makes that Marine’s Den Den Mushi all over the world broadcast his message, and there is no option to off it.
- Vegapunk gives 10 minutes to people to prepare their screens for the message.
- Usopp and Nami’s group see VegaPunk’s message and they are confused.
- Luffy is still grabbing Saturn’s head.
- The 4 members of the Gorousei in Mary Geoise are talking to Saturn using some kind of telepathy.
- Gorousei asks Saturn if Vegapunk is dead and Saturn tells him that he saw Kizaru killing him.
- Gorousei then says that he must have used his death to trigger that message and it must be broadcasting from Labophase.
- People all over the world react and prepare to receive Vega Punk’s signal.
- In Dressrosa, Rebecca, Leo, Kyros, and other people prepare the screens.
- In Foosha Village, Woop Slap says they haven’t a projector in the village, so they will just hear Vegapunk’s voice.

- It’s nighttime in Water Seven. Iceburg wakes up and tells Alice to prepare some screens to broadcast Vega Punk’s message.
- In Kamabakka Queendom, Ivankov is surprised to see Vegapunk’s new head.
- Dragon is thinking about the moment Shaka told him that he was about to die.
- Back to Egghead Island. Luffy wonders why there’s no damage to Saturn, so goes for another strategy.
- Kizaru shoots a laser beam from his eyes but Luffy dodges it.
- Then Luffy slaps Kizaru and Saturn together with his giant hands, using a strong attack called “Gomu Gomu no Dawn Cymbal”.
- Luffy then grabs Kizaru and Saturn and throws both of them to the sea.
- Saturn flies like a boomerang and attacks Luffy with his legs. Luffy dodges the attack and looks angry.
- The 4 members of the Gorousei make contact with Saturn again and tell Saturn, there is no time and they cannot allow Vegapunk to talk.
- Black lightnings appear on Egghead Island. Saturn touches the ground and 4 giant magic circles appear around him.
- Huge black flames come up from magic circles.
- Luffy is in shock and is confused about those magic circles.
- Chapter ends.
