To get back to Reidan, Grid had to leave. But now he’ll be in a whole new, uncharted world. His friends are unable to join him on this new adventure. Jishuka and the others will patiently wait for Grid to return from his mission. He will, in the meantime, embark on a brand new adventure in his newly reawakened demonic form. Both of these synergies ultimately doomed Elfin to death. The vampire saw what was happening and launched an attack at his heart. Grid was caught off guard and unable to avoid it. But he was successful in striking Elfin. And so Elfin fell back asleep, this time even deeper than before. The mission of the Pavranium had come to an end. The quest was successfully completed by them. Regrettably, Grid did not survive. After the events of this chapter, Grid discovered a whole new world.
