Rumored Netflix Pokemon Live-Action TV Series by Lucifer’s Joe Henderson!
Pokemonis one of the few series that pulls you back in with new and exciting projects that are sure to leave you wanting more!
The latest one was in 2019, with live-action Detective Pikachu starring Ryan Reynolds and Justice Smith, which left us all in awe with incredible visuals and a talking Pikachu! But, unfortunately, even after three years, there have been no sequels.
But a brow-raising report has hit the fans!
The news portal Variety reported that a new live-action Pokemon series written and produced by Joe Henderson, the showrunner of Lucifer, is in early production at Netflix.
Sources say that the new live-action series will be akin to Detective Pikachu, which meshed the CG Pokemon with real people.
Netflix has been heavily invested with the Pokemon franchise and hosts most of the Pokemon anime and film series on its platform.
Furthermore, the Pokemon anime series “Pokemon: Master Journeys” will exclusively stream Season 24 on Netflix from 10th September 2021.
The Pokemon: Master Journeys is a sequel to the “Pokemon: Journeys” anime series.
In the new anime, we follow Ash on his path to the World Coronation Series. In comparison, Goh continues to research and find new Pokemon.
Furthermore, the new anime will also focus on Chloe, who takes her first step being the pokemon trainer!
A new Pokemon live-action by Netflix sends shivers down my spine remembering their attempt on Death Note and FullMetal Alchemist. However, Pokemon is known to beat expectations, whether it’s the big screen or the small screen.
Will Netflix’s Death Note 2 Movie Adapt the Manga or Dismay Fans Again?
If you are an ardent Pokemon fan, then it’s high time for you! So keep an eye out for the series.
About Pokémon
Pokémon was first released in 1996 and is set up in a world where humans catch monsters and store them in pocket-sized poke-balls.
They are creatures with an affinity to certain elements and some superhuman abilities related to that element.
Revolving around a teenage boy Ash Ketchum, Pokémon takes us through his journey to becoming the most accomplished Pokémon trainer the world has ever seen.
