We love this weird rom-com anime, but sometimes it can be hard on those fans whose worst nightmare is mathematics.

You do not want to miss out on this weird combination of nerdy scientists in love who work towards proving their feelings as mathematical equations.

After blessing us with a sensational kiss between the protagonists Yukimura and Himuro, the anime is back with another season of comedy, romance, and lots of chaos.

Science Fell in Love, So I Tried to Prove It anime revealed a new PV for its upcoming season 2 titled ‘r=1-sinθ’ premiering in April 2022.

It starts with the iconic kiss that happened at the end of season 1 and moves on to Himuro’s colleagues asking her about the progress of their experiment.

Himuro replies that the love experiment results will take time due to the recent hindrances and unexpected circumstances from last season.

Simultaneously, the PV introduces two new peculiar characters indicating that the experiment will not end anytime soon. The characters introduced are Suiu Fujiwara and Chris Floret.

The franchise also revealed a new visual featuring all the characters from the first season, along with Suiu and Chris.

According to the anime’s website and what we saw in the PV, Suiu and Chris are not ordinary, much like the rest. Suiu is an erotic woman who studies bodily fluids, and Chris is of British origins and is more of a gentleman than the rest of the male characters.

If you’re wondering who’ll be voicing these two, we got that covered for you:

Rikekoi is one of the prime examples of how anime can have anything but an average plot. We all know how bizarre, emotional or creative they get, yet we shamelessly love binge-watching these shows.

The second season will be one crazy rollercoaster ride, and I cannot wait to watch it.
