Solo Leveling Episode 2 Recap
In the second episode of Solo Leveling, we saw that the God Statue started attacking them. The hunters inside were helpless as the threat they were facing was an S Rank. Joohee lost it and was not able to heal anyone. The leader asked Jin-woo what they should do next. There was a scripture and they followed things written on it but things were bad when they reached to the end.
They first had to ‘revere God’ and Jin-woo asked all of them to bow to the Statue. Some hunters tried to run while some tried to fight it but they were all wiped. The second thing in the scripture was to praise god but the praise meant something else here and hunters got attacked by soldiers. Some got killed here too but some were safe as they moved towards the statues with musical instruments.
The God statue was in its place again but there was also a third thing to do. The thing was to show your faith and that needed a sacrifice. The leader moved himself to the circle but it needed more people and all the present hunters were inside the circle. They had to be there for a certain time but the soldiers were moving if hunters were not looking at them. We saw Jin-woo’s sister visiting their mom in the hospital.
After this the gate opened and hunters left one after one. Sung Jin-woo was the only one left behind. He was then attacked by the armored soldiers and things turned bad. Solo Leveling Story
The story is centered around the protagonist, Sung Jin-Woo, who is the weakest hero of all. He is an E Rank Hunter (the lowest rank) and is often humiliated and looked down on by his peers. The world where many gates to dungeons have opened gave rise to monster appearances. Sung Jin-Woo is determined to support his ill mother and sister.
