In the previous chapter, we saw that Kaiser asked some questions to Ness like if he believes in impossible. He then shared his wisdom with him and said that people are programmed like they should give up. It is a kind of survival mechanism. Then Kaiser told Ness that his moves are good but he does not have a good partner to turn them into goals.
Kaiser then hyped him up while Ness was confused. The game restarted. Ness had the ball but was marked by many players but he decided to believe in Kaiser and passed the ball to him and that game ended up with their win. Then they both got selected for the trials. Then we saw how their bond grew over time and they became close friends.
Kaiser told him about his Blue Rose Tattoo and how it symbolizes his rebellion against God. Kaiser said that he is going to win the Champions League and the World Cup. At the end of the chapter, Kaiser was choking himself but said to Ness that he had figured out a way to send Isagi into despair.
