Takako Shimura Announces Love Buzz Manga’s Side Story Chapter for September
Kaoru Fuji is an impulsive yet talented wrestler who makes life-changing decisions on a whim. It was more than enough for her friends and fellow players to take when Kaoru decided to quit wrestling and disappear.
After five years of no contact with her friends and family, she showed up with her daughter like nothing ever happened. The pro-wrestler now has a five-year-old to take care of, along with regaining her former glory.
The manga is jam-packed with comedy as everyone refuses to welcome Kaoru back into her old gymnasium. But along with it, some inspiring panels and some emotional ones make their appearance now and then.
The manga also is loved by yuri readers due to the relationship between Kaoru and her best friend, Yuri Machiya. Although they’re mostly bantering or Yuri is playfully teasing Kaoru, they have a bond made from deep understanding and respect for each other.
Due to its popularity, mangaka Takako Shimura announced a side-story chapter for Love Buzz that will be published on September 10, 2021.
The announcement was made in Monthly Comic Beam’s latest issue on August 12.
The manga ended, leaving fans yearning for more content with Kaoru and Yuri. The end was emotional, and fans were left hanging just as Yuri was about to come back.
The new chapter will take place after the manga’s conclusion. There is a high possibility we will get to see the reunion of Yuri with Kaoru and her daughter Erika Fuji.
But since it is a side-story chapter, we may also get something completely different. Maybe it will revolve around a side character or around Yuri’s time in Mexico.

I am pretty excited about the various possibilities of the upcoming special chapter. Shimura has a way of surprising the fans with something else, so we cannot say for sure what it might be.
