‘The Seven Deadly Sins’ Sequel Anime Will Premiere In October
The plot of “The Seven Deadly Sins” was developed in one manner or another. It started with the conflict with the holy knights, revealed a covert plan to reinstate the Ten Commandments, and culminated in a significant clash with the Demon King.
Meliodas and Elizabeth appeared to be in charge of the Liones realm, and everything appeared to be at peace. After seven years, Tristan, their son, started his quest to save his mother. His journey is merely the start of a significant endeavor.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse production team revealed on Tuesday that the anime will debut on October 8. The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Day was also proclaimed on July 4 by The Japan Anniversary Association.
The promo up top, which introduces Percival, the new series protagonist, was published a few months ago. Donny, Nasiens, Anne, and the fox Sin, who travels with him, are all depicted.
The Seven Deadly Sins and Four Knights of the Apocalypse author Nakaba Suzuki published a picture of Meliodas and Percival exchanging high-fives. This might also represent the “tag” given that Percival will be the star of the new series.
The following cast members voice the new characters:
Character | Voice Artist | Other Works |
Percival | Shō Komura | – |
Donny | Kikunosuke Toya | – |
Nasiens | Aino Shimada | – |
Anghalhad (Anne) | Kanna Nakamura | Urushi Yaotome (When Will Ayumu Make His Move) |
Sin | Koki Uchiyama | Tomura Shigaraki (My Hero Academia) |
The manga series “Four Knights of the Apocalypse” opens with Percival, who lives in a distant region named “Finger of God” with his grandfather. He was created during the New Holy War. This time, the staff members in charge of the anime are:
Position | Staff | Other Works |

Scriptwriter | Shigeru Murakoshi | Zombieland Saga, I’m Quitting Heroing |
Character Design | Youichi Takada | Lupin the Third: Part 5 (Key Animation) |

Main Theme | Kohta Yamamoto, Hiroyuki Sawano | Sawano: Attack on Titan, The Seven Deadly Sins (Music) |
Planning Production | UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS | I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World, Undead Unluck |
The original series was great for what it was. It did became more challenging toward the end, particularly during the King of Chaos storyline. The fallout from that could be elaborated on in “Four Knights.” We did experience a tranquil period, but I secretly wondered what chaos might bring about.
