Trailer for Trigun Stampede Showcases Theme Songs and January 7 Release
On December 3, TOHO Animation published the trailer for the Trigun Stampede anime. The anime’s January 7 launch date is announced in the video, which also includes the opening and closing themes.
The rapper and singer Kvi Baba performs the opening theme song, “TOMBI,” and singer Salyu and composer Haruka Nakamura present the closing theme song, “Hoshi no Kuzu.”
The TV Tokyo, Osaka, TV Aichi, TV Setouchi, TV Hokkaido, and TVQ channels will all carry the anime. Except for Asia, the series will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll starting in January 2023.

Vash the Stampede, a fugitive gunman, is the main character in the tale. Vash has a “60 billion double dollar” bounty on his head and is known as “Stampede” because of the havoc that bounty hunters cause in every town they enter.
The show is being directed by Kenji Muto at Studio Orange. The series is being written by Shin Okashima, Tatsuro Inamoto, and Yoshihisa Ueda, and the soundtrack is being composed by Tatsuya Kato.
The Trigun anime is a reimagining of Yasuhiro Nightow’s 1995–1997 comic book series of the same name.

Yasuhiro Nightow is the author and illustrator of the manga series Trigun. The Tokuma Shoten publication Monthly Shnen Captain serialized Trigun. Madhouse turned it into a 26 episode anime television series that ran from April to September 1998.
Vash the Stampede, who has a 60 billion double dollar reward on his head, goes on a series of escapades. Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson, two insurance brokers, are with him to lessen the inevitable harm that his appearance will inevitably cause.
