This was a collaborative effort to promote idols under different production companies forming different units.
The collaboration was very successful resulting in music and drama CDs as well as mobile game, app, manga and an anime series named “TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION”.
The animation focused on the story of four units namely: SOARA, Growth, SolidS, and QUELL and how the members performed on stage.
The news about the anime having a second season was already known from the 13th episode of Season 1.
Now the official website of the series has finally announced that “TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION 2” is likely to premiere in Summer 2021.
A visual poster for the announcement reveals the first look for the anime logo featured in a four character faded background. The characters are from the groups SOARA, Growth, SolidS and QUELL.

TSUKIPRO THE ANIMATION broadcasted on October 4th, 2017 with a total of thirteen episodes. With Keitarou Motonaga as the director, the anime garnered a lot of attention and each song featured in it became huge hits.
With the release of Season 2, the official website announced that it would also release four special version CDs of “Dear Dreamer” sung by 17 members included in the four groups.
