Billy was the traitor among the Roundtable all along and was guiding Rip all this time. In Undead Unluck Episode 17, Andy and Fuko try to stop Burn as they can not afford to lose the Roundtable after coming this close.
In the last episode, we saw that the members of the table were together again after the addition of the eleventh seat and Chikara taking the newest seat. Apocalypse was ready with its quests with the 100th penalty being at stake. There were four quests this time and they were open to every person on earth. The first quest was the neutralization of UMA Spring.
The second quest was the neutralization of UMA Summer which will give the location of negator Unchange. The third quest was the capture of UMA Autumn and the reward here is the addition of UMA Ghost. The final one was the neutralization of UMA Winter and this will give the location of artifact Remember.
They have to complete all these quests by 31st December or Apocalypse would add UMA Revolution as a penalty. We then saw a shocking revelation as Billy turned out to be a traitor in the Roundtable and then he tried to take the Roundtable with him as he wanted to kill God by himself and this was the only way to reach him. Undead Unluck Episode 16 Recap
In the previous episode, the four new quests that were open to every person on Earth were revealed. Then out of nowhere Billy started shooting at Roundtable members and injured them. He then told them they should nuke as three of the four quests were of neutralization even if it ended with innocent people losing their lives.
Top then attacked Billy and for a moment it looked like he died but he woke up again and his eyes were intact this time. He then used Burn to take the Roundtable as this was his way to reach God kill him and eventually control the whole world. Rip and Latla also showed up and it was also revealed that Billy was their boss all along and he planned everything. He then called Tatiana to join him but Tatiana refused.
Luiz, Shen, and Andy were attacked by using Unjustice and it looked like Billy could use other people’s abilities whenever he wanted. After that, he decided to leave the place with the Roundtable, and Burn was carrying it. It was then decided that only Andy and Fuko could handle this with their Undead Unluck combo while others would be supporting them to stop Burn.
Undead Unluck Story
Fuuko Izumo has been suffering from a condition that whoever touches her will bring extremely bad luck for that person. After reading her favorite manga to the end she decided that she would finish things. Since she got this condition everything around her changed, this caused her parents’ death, and she had to stop school and all other things.
As she was about to end it all at once she met a strange man and this changed her life upside down in the span of a very short time. This strange man Andy whose body regenerates on his own has been alive for more than 100 years. Andy is looking for ways so that he can finally go to heaven. Well, Fuuko at first hesitated to ally with Andy so that she could bring extreme disaster on him so that his wish could get fulfilled but the events surrounding a mysterious organization led them to become a team.
