Fruits Basket: The Final to Conclude the Fabulous Story: Premieres April 5
‘Fruits Baskets’ the name may sound aesthetic and tranquil but don’t be deceived, the anime deals with some of the most vital issues like family abuse, depression, social insecurity, and even suicide.
The third season of the anime is titled “Fruits Basket: The Final,” which more or less confirms that it will be the last one. The franchise has already revealed its premiere date, and I wonder how many of you are ready for this amazing story to end. Well, I am not.
The official website for the new Fruits Basket anime announced that the third season, Fruit Baskets: Final, will premiere on April 5. A key visual is also released to remind us all that the final season is so close.
The visual came with a tagline of “The final banquet begins.” It features Tohru, Kyo, Yuki, Akito, Shigure, and Kazuma, all connected to each other with cables, forming a web-like structure.
Apart from this visual, the theme song artists have also been released.
Japanese-Chinese boyband WARPs UP will perform the new opening theme, “Pleasure.” While the new ending theme, “Beautiful Spring” will be performed by the seven-member dance vocal group GENIC.
The upcoming season will be a two-cour season (25-26 episodes) and will most-likely adapt Volume 7-8 of the manga. We will finally get to know why the Sôma clan was chosen to be the carrier of the ancient curse.
When will Fruits Basket Season 3 come out?
Moreover, the new season will explore more about Akito’s past, thereby explaining how he became the most hated character of this series.
I hope the new season will clarify all your doubts and confusions. Before going, let me ask you once again, ARE YOU READY FOR THE FINAL BANQUET?
