With Jigokuraku, we have reached the final episode of Hell’s Paradise. Episode 13 of Hell’s Paradise finds the human population on the island growing more intelligent but much smaller.
After encountering a Tensen, Yuzuriha tried to flee in the previous episode, but was stopped by the monster. Then she demonstrated some impressive ninja techniques that were quite similar to Taoist moves, and Tensen was suitably pleased. Then he said that the reason he sought out Yuzuriha was to practice Bochu Jutsu with her.
Even though Sagiri, Senta, and Yuzuriha were all hurt during the battle, they managed to finally defeat the Tensen. After a while, it mutated into a monster, and Senta, who had developed feelings for Yuzuriha and appreciated her independence, transformed into a flower to protect her from harm. Shion shows up right in the end.

Jigokuraku Hell’s Paradise Episode 12 Summary
The Tensen who suddenly appeared in front of Sagiri and the others in the previous episode snapped the tree in half with a single flick of his finger. Yuzuriha realized they were in danger and tried to flee, but that Tensen caught up with her. Tensen rejected the tree’s attempts to clarify the situation before they called and made up.
He also cast doubt on the existence of an Elixir of Life, arguing instead that only Tao, which is also derived from superior beings, exists. Consuming Tao will lead human beings to transform into flowers, hence it is off limits. Yuzuriha broke free of Tensen’s puppets and cut his skull after he continued to question her motives, resulting in a battle.
Even yet, Sagiri’s concentrated assaults left him with certain wounds that would not quickly heal. They knew to attack his stomach because Tensen have a weak spot there, and they were rewarded with confidence that they had ultimately defeated the enemy. Even Gabimaru and the others were talking about Tao. The overuse of Tao eventually led to Gabimaru’s downfall.
Senta has confided in Sagiri that he appreciates Yuzuriha for her independence. The Tensen transformed into a flower and launched an attack on Yuzuriha, but Senta quickly intervened to protect her. Then Senta transformed into flowers and assaulted Sagiri and Yuzuriha, while Tensen stood by. Shion suddenly materialized and defended both of them from the oncoming assault.
Jigokuraku [Hell’s Paradise]
The manga is well-known for its intricate storyline and graphic violence. The novel’s originality in terms of both its characters and its setting helped it win over critics and quickly amass a large following after its 2018 debut.
The story opens with the ninja Gabimaru being offered a second chance at life by the shogunate. He and a band of criminals are exiled to a place they dub “Hell’s Paradise” in search of an immortality cure. Upon arrival, they learn that the area is dangerous due to the presence of numerous creatures, demons, and formidable ninja clans. Despite Gabimaru’s initial reluctance, the group quickly bonds as they overcome a series of obstacles together.
As they explore further into the island, they come across a wide array of monsters and opponents, such as a gang of ninjas called the “Yamada Asaemon” who have been tasked with catching them, and a powerful demon named “Tensen” who governs over the island. Gabimaru’s turbulent past as a ninja and the reason for his confinement are also eventually revealed through flashbacks. He also begins dating Sagiri, a woman who is part of the same criminal organization he is.
The story is notorious for its vivid depiction of violence and bloodshed in its numerous action sequences. On the other hand, it has complicated storyline twists and surprises, as well as interesting characters and a well-developed environment. The writing and character development in “Hell’s Paradise” have received high accolades from critics for their fresh perspectives on the ninja and samurai genre.
