[Bakugou vs AFO] My Hero Academia Chapter 409 Raw Scans, Spoilers, Release Date

The battle between All for One and Bakugou has turned into an intense battle in My Hero Academia Chapter 409 as All for One is exhausted and using whatever he can as his last resort. Read more about it in the spoilers section.

In the last chapter, we saw that All for One killed his own brother Yoichi. Yoichi’s whole body perished except his hand. All for One named him Yoichi because he was the first thing he received in this world. Yoichi means ‘First’ in the Japanese Language. Yoichi was killed 2 months after he escaped with Kudou and the 3rd user.

After some time All for One looks at Yoichi’s hand and says that his brother no longer possesses the quirk he gave him. Even Afo was surprised as this had never happened before. Afo then realized that Yoichi must have passed it on to someone else. The third user’s name was revealed to be Bruce. We also saw Afo’s life throughout the years and how he hunted down other One for All users.

Back to the present, Afo was wondering if Bakugou is a descendant of Kudou but he made sure by killing his family in the past. Afo then decided to use all his quirks at once to finish Bakugou and we saw several heads coming out of his body. This was his last gamble and he will turn into a baby after this. The chapter ended with Bakugou saying that that dumb thing can not win against him.

• Chapter Title – Quirk!!! Explosion!!!
• The chapter starts with Bakugou’s birth. Mitsuki is smiling as she looks at the baby Bakugou while Masaru is crying.
• We then see some flashbacks from his past.
• Back to the present. Bakugou thinks to himself “Izuku, I won’t mess with you anymore”.
• Afo attacks first and Bakugou shouts ‘Burst’ and an explosion hits Afo.
• Afo is confused as Bakugou has not moved from his position.
• Bakugou says that he does not need many quirks to defeat Afo.
• This explosion messed up Afo’s attack and he has to start again.
• Afo shouts “This is my story, you side character!!!” and uses Howitzer Impact. Bakugou shouts ‘Shut up!!!’.

• Afo realizes that the quirk factors are not working as they should.
• afo’s body has changed and he has turned into a kid inside the vestige world too.
• Hawks’ quirk’s vestige says that all that anger has caused Afo to lose control of the vestiges and the quirks.
• Hawks says to him “At the end of the day, Shigaraki led to your downfall,”
• All Might says that the physical and mental damage has exhausted him.
• Bakugou shouts this is our story and causes a huge explosion.
• The chapter ends with Bakugou saying that he would have never been able to defeat him himself.
