Additional Information on Megumi no Daigo: Kyūkokuno Orange Anime Disclosed!
Megumi no Daigo: Kyūkoku no Orange, an action drama about a firefighter, has been announced for quite some time. Up until now, we didn’t know much about it, but we’ve recently learned more.
This week, the anime’s official website updated with a new video and information about the series’ major actors and crew. The video also confirms the premiere date of the series: Autumn of 2023.

The animation show will be created by Brain’s Base. The show’s director is Masahiko Murata, while Shinzō Fujita is responsible for the screenplay. Character designs for the anime are being handled by Hitomi Tsuruta and Koji Yabuno.
The original Megumi no Daigo manga ran from 1995 to 1999 in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine, and Megumi no Daigo: Kyūkoku no Orange is a continuation of that story. In 1999, an animated feature based on the series was produced.
Currently, the series is in its seventh volume and has been serialized in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Magazine. In December of 2022, the sixth volume hit shelves.
Megumi no Daigo: Kyukoku no Orange
Daigo of Engine Company M: Kyukoku no Orange, Firefighter! In 2020, Masahito Soda and Kuro Toriyama will release a manga titled (Megumi no Daigo: Kyukoku no Orange). The manga “Megumi no Daigo” (Firefighter! Daigo of Fire Company M) by Soda was published in 1995, and this is the sequel.
Three protagonists in this tale have their sights set on becoming members of Special Rescue Team “Orange.” The three protagonists, Daigo Toake, Shun Onoda, and Yuki Nakamura, finally cross paths. The three of them will work together to avert a national disaster.
