It seems like the heroes have always been a step behind the villains through all the things that have happened in My Hero Academia recently. Although the seemingly impenetrable fortresses have been an exception in that regard, they will not be the last.

As we now know, UA has become a moving castle that cannot be penetrated easily. Thanks to principal Nezu’s countermeasures, the school is designed to specifically counteract Shigaraki’s Decay quirk and even the deceptive transformation quirk of Toga.

The hero front had a really hard time when Midoriya decided to isolate himself from them and go on his own. His unpredictable actions made it hard for heroes to take strong action against the villains as he was the center of it all.

Now that they have their most crucial asset and most of the public secured at UA, it’s time for them to counter.

Given Aizawa’s determination in this chapter leads us to believe that the heroes have something decisive on their minds. They might have located All for One stronghold and maybe have been preparing for an attack.

Although that is a very likely possibility, the final battle will most likely take place at UA. The school’s defenses have been built up a lot, and it is very unlikely we won’t see them get tested.

A UA siege might seem impossible, but the presence of a traitor might render every defense useless. The traitor has been mentioned repeatedly during the whole story; it only makes sense that he reveals himself during the final stretch.

The thing we do know for sure is that the final war is coming; it is only a matter of time.
