Anime Expo to Host an Early Global Debut of ‘Dr. Stone: Ryusui’ Special
Anime Expo seems to be the only thing everyone can talk about nowadays. The hype for the convention among the otakus is real and recently reached a new high when they confirmed a special Dr. Stone event.
It is about the upcoming special one-hour episode focusing on Ryusui’s debut, backstory, and setting the premise for team science’s adventures in season 3. The episode’s original air date is July 10, but the anime convention decided to give us an early Christman present.
Anime Expo has confirmed that it will host the world premiere screening of Dr. Stone: Ryusui’s one-hour special episode on July 3 at the Main Events hall.
Earlier it was mentioned in the four-day-long expo’s schedule but was recently confirmed through a press release. Fans planning to attend the event won’t have to wait for long now and will get to experience the episode with others who love the series.
Ryusui is a character who deserves such an event, and you’ll understand why in the upcoming episodes. His strong personality, flamboyant nature, and ambition to achieve everything the world offers will move you.
Consider him as the loud and enthusiastic shonen protagonist Dr. Stone lacked because Senku is clearly not that (except when it comes to science).
Moreover, the convention is held in Los Angeles, California, for a span of four days from July 1-4. It will feature many events related to some of the most popular manga and anime franchises like Spy x Family, My Hero Academia, Kaguya-sama: Love is War and more.
It will also host many events with the voice cast of these anime where you can have a one-on-one interaction with them, get your hands on exclusive merch, get the latest updates, and witness as staff and creators reveal big news on some of the most anticipated shows and manga.
Did I forget to mention that you’ll get access to all of this before the rest of the world does?

Dr. Stone: Ryusui is just a part of all that will happen at the convention, so you better get your tickets already.
