The new game of 2020, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, is set to give a new take on what we know about Vikings in general and we couldn’t be more excited.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be released on November 10th for platforms like PS5 and XBOX Series X.
Ubisoft Japan announced a special collaboration of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Vinland Saga based on the common theme of Vikings.
In “# UBIDAY2020 ONLINE”, the “Assassin’s Creed Valhara” section, which is about to be released on November 10, will start!

Makoto Yukimura, the mangaka of the famous Vinland Saga will draw a one-shot manga crossover based on both the series.
In commemoration of “#UBIDAY2020 ONLINE” Yukimura appeared as a guest in the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla X Games Sanpo section on October 24th 2020.

The one-shot cross over manga drawn by Yukimura contains 7 pages with the colorful cover page showcasing the two amazing series.
The manga can be found on the official website in Japanese. The English translated version is not out yet, but we fans can surely feel the thrill from just the pictures.
The collaboration will not only bring the gaming and anime/manga community closer, but we will also get to witness the sheer bravery and ruthlessness of the forgotten Vikings of Europe.
About Vinland Saga
Vinland Saga is a Japanese historical manga series written and illustrated by Makoto Yukimura.
The series is published under Kodansha in its monthly manga magazine – Monthly Afternoon – aimed at young adult men. It currently has 22 volumes in tankōbon format.
Vinland Saga is set within Viking times, where a young Thorfinn’s life goes astray when his father Thors – a well-known retired warrior – is killed while on a journey.
Thorfinn then finds himself under the jurisdiction of his enemy – his father’s killer – and hopes to seek revenge on him when he grows stronger. The anime is loosely based on the expedition of Thorfinn Karlsefni in his search for Vinland.
